CSR

We take responsibility for our environmental impact, so we try to plan new projects, and modernise the already-existing facilities in such a way, as to continually reduce this impact. Each facility sets annual goals to minimise energy and water consumption, lower emissions, and reduce wastewater.

We are successively introducing further environmentally friendly innovations. We are also working on reducing packing materials and plastics. At the same time, we are striving to make our packaging recyclable.

We are aware of social issues. We support many institutions, to reach as many people in need as possible. These include schools, kindergartens, sports clubs, community centres, orphanages, mother-and-baby homes, and organisations supporting the poorest, as well as dog shelters and Warsaw zoo.

Over the past two years, we have donated nearly 70 tonnes of food to the community. We have also established the Uskrzydlamy Foundation, which aims to help people in difficult life situations, and to support the development and passions of our employees and their families.

We are involved in many local initiatives. We support young sportsmen, cultural events, and environmental-protection campaigns in the towns and cities where our facilities are located.
