As a modern, forward-thinking food group, we take active steps to minimize our environmental impact. We strive to create positive change in our immediate surroundings by engaging in numerous charitable initiatives.
CSR
Ecology
We take responsibility for our impact on the environment, which is why we carefully plan new investments and modernize existing facilities to continuously reduce their negative effects. Each of our plants sets annual goals to lower energy and water consumption, reduce pollutant emissions, and minimize wastewater output.
Charity
Each year, we donate around 100 tons of food produced by our Group to charitable causes. We actively engage in social initiatives, supporting a wide range of people in need. Our assistance reaches educational institutions (schools and kindergartens), sports clubs, community centers, orphanages, and shelters for single mothers. We also support organizations that aid individuals in difficult financial situations, as well as those working for animal welfare, including shelters and the Warsaw Zoo.
We established the Uskrzydlamy Foundation for Social Development, which provides support to people facing life challenges and fosters the growth and passions of our employees and their families. The Foundation’s work extends beyond Poland’s borders—we participate in international projects, such as expanding an educational center in Kithatu, Kenya. On the African continent, we also fund scholarship programs that enable individuals to gain practical professions—such as shoemaking, tailoring, electrical work, and medical trades.
To raise awareness among our employees about the value of volunteering, each of them is offered an additional day off for corporate volunteering activities.
Local actions
We actively participate in numerous local initiatives. In the communities where our facilities operate, we focus on three main areas of support: implementing pro-environmental projects, fostering the development of young sports talents, and promoting cultural events.

Our success is built on our people. Caring for safety-related aspects is the foundation of our daily operations. We ensure safe working conditions, invest in safety measures, and regularly review our procedures to ensure compliance with current standards and regulations.
Joining Forces
We value collaboration and the exchange of experience, which is why we participate in initiatives such as the Polish Association for Sustainable Agriculture and Food. The Association undertakes a wide range of activities to promote, educate, and foster cooperation in the field of agriculture and food in Poland. As part of our membership, organizations share best practices and experiences, building strong partnerships that work toward sustainable agriculture and food systems.
