We are building a multi-food group by combining food safety and quality with care for people, animal welfare and the environment. Our 2024/25 Sustainability Report presents our performance, most significant impacts and next steps.

From commitments to measurable progress
We operate across 17 production locations and reach more than 50 export markets. This scale requires us to manage impacts throughout the value chain – from farming and raw materials to production, logistics, packaging, people and communities.

ESG in practice
E – Environment
Fewer resources, more closed circulation
We focus on water and energy efficiency, emissions reduction, circular use of by-products and waste, and packaging with recycled content.
- Total water withdrawal was 9.7% lower in 2025 than in 2024.
- Total energy consumption was 86,632.3 MWh in 2025, compared with 89,826.7 MWh in 2024.
- The biogas plant at our Lublin facility has been operating since March 2025 and uses the Group’s own by-product and waste streams.
- Scope 1 and 2 emissions in 2025: 68,840 tCO2e location-based and 58,689 tCO2e market-based.
S – People and communities
Safety, growth and meaningful support
We are building a workplace based on dialogue, safety and skills development.
- 12,941 training hours in 2025.
- Human safety – zero serious occupational accidents across the Group in 2024-2025.
- Approximately 100 tonnes of food donated to charitable causes each year; nearly 400 tonnes donated to date.
- 300 children supported through the scholarship programme.
Through the Henryk Lipka Uskrzydlamy Foundation for Social Development, we also support families, education and communities in Poland and abroad.
G – Responsible business
Principles, oversight and transparency
We integrate environmental, social and governance topics into day-to-day decision-making.
We are developing Group-wide policies, speak-up mechanisms and reporting processes that cover the value chain.
- The ESG Committee has been in place since May 27, 2024.
- The double materiality assessment covered 28 impacts, risks and opportunities.
- Sustainable supply chain – we have started educating our supply chain and cascading our values throughout it.

Our double materiality assessment considered the Group’s impacts on people and the environment, as well as sustainability-related financial risks and opportunities. The highest-priority topics are closely linked to responsible food production and value-chain resilience:
