Our priorities are top quality and safety. The whole production chain is in our experienced hands, so we can guarantee the highest standards at every stage – from the egg to the finished product.

We are constantly expanding our product range. Our goal is to set trends in the poultry-products market, so we invest in our employees and innovative technology.

Historia

1993

That’s when our story began. Henryk Lipka, who had been living in Switzerland since the 1970s, together with his brother Zygmunt, decided to support the economic transformation of their homeland, Poland. After years of successfully managing a meat processing plant in Switzerland, he took over the declining Warsaw Poultry Plant in Karczew, founding the company and brand SuperDrob.

2000

After 7 years of building our position and earning the trust of customers and partners, we opened another location. We acquired a plant in Łódź, significantly increasing our production volume.

2011

Over the years, we expanded into new export markets. In 2011, we entered the demanding Chinese market. We were one of the few Polish companies that met the high production standards and expected quality requirements.

2012

We established a Capital Group consisting of companies with diverse areas of expertise, which strengthened our market position and laid the foundation for implementing the principles of vertical integration – from farm to table.

2013

After a year of development, we opened another part of our plant in Łódź. The expansion allowed us to increase production and double employment. Today, the Łódź facility operates with three LipCo Foods business segments: Convenience, Ready Meals, and Gyoza.

2015

The year 2015 marked a time of rebranding. We introduced a new visual identity for the brand along with a new logo – SuperKurka. The new branding went hand in hand with the launch of a wide range of innovative and tasty products under the SuperDrob brand.

2017

It was a breakthrough moment in the company’s history. We began a partnership with Charoen Pokphand Foods – a Thai agri-food conglomerate – and established a new company, CPF Poland. The partnership with CPF enables us to actively participate in the consolidation of the Polish meat and feed market.

That same year, we founded the Uskrzydlamy Foundation, which supports people in difficult life situations, as well as the development and passions of our employees and their families.

2018

We expanded the Premium Chicken category, successfully introducing the Kurczak Sielski brand to the Polish market—chicken raised without antibiotics.

Also in 2018, we acquired a poultry cutting plant in Lublin, where we now produce 55 million units of products annually.

2019

We acquired a poultry processing plant in Łozienica (Goleniów), where we produce a wide range of convenience products.

In the same year, we launched a feed mill in Łuków, further strengthening vertical integration within the group. This investment currently enables the production of nearly 300,000 tons of feed annually.

2020

Another milestone in the development of vertical integration within the Capital Group was the opening of our own modern poultry farms in Uchańka.

Also in 2020, we launched the Fast Good brand, featuring our convenience product range – breaded and roasted chicken items available in both frozen and chilled versions.

2022

As part of the continued development of vertical integration, we opened another poultry farm – in Bedlno Radzyńskie, in the Lublin Voivodeship. The facility currently allows us to produce around 2.5 million broiler chickens annually.

2023

At the end of the year, we opened a new headquarters for our veterinary segment in Węgrów. This division supports the entire primary production chain – breeding, hatcheries, feed mills, and broiler farms – through vaccination programs, supervision, consulting and training, audits, and biosecurity measures.

2024

At the beginning of the year, we announced the formation of the Polish multi-food group LipCo Foods, which brought together all companies and brands from the SuperDrob and CPF Poland Capital Groups. Today, LipCo Foods employs over 4,200 people, operates 20 business segments, and has 17 production sites.

The year 2024 marks another step in the development of the farming segment within the capital group. We opened a new poultry farm in Łukowisko.

Also in 2024, we began the commissioning of a modern biogas facility at one of our plants. This project enables us to implement the principles of the Circular Economy.
