Merger of Integra sp. z o.o. with SuperDrob S.A.


With the new year, SuperDrob S.A. realizing the assumptions of its business strategy, acquires Integra sp. z o.o. responsible for poultry hatcheries and reproductive farms.

Integra’s activities included running modern poultry hatcheries in Stoczek Węgrowski and Turka (purchased in 2018) and cooperation with the following companies with poultry farms. From 2 January 2019 The Raw materials department of SuperDrob S.A. takes over the processes conducted by Integra.

Information for partners:

We kindly ask that from 2 January 2019 all documents (including invoices) are issued for SuperDrob S.A. Therefore, as of the merger date, i.e. 2 January 2019, pursuant to art. 494 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, SuperDrob S.A. became a legal successor and by virtue of law entered into all rights and obligations of Integra sp. z o.o., including those resulting from agreements concluded with you.

The above change does not affect the validity of the concluded agreements and does not require you to take any action.
